Back in September 2013 the Thermocouple went on my Cooker, I ordered one from espares, In March 2014 the Thermocouple went again, I contacted espares and told them the whole story, a new Thermocouple was sent to me in double quick time, all i had to do was return the faulty one, espares even sent a pre-paid label, all I had to provide was the jiffy bag in which to return the faulty item, I'm very happy with the service I have recieved from espares, and I would recommend them to anyone!
Went to the Metro Centre Gateshead looking for new sofa's, CSL was the first shop we looked in, had a good uninterupted look around, before being approached by Gary (The Yank). Gary was very helpful and not at all pushy, we found a suite that we thought we liked, Gary explained everything we needed to know about the suite, how it is made and what it was made from etc etc, OK we said we'll look at other shops, and see what they have to offer, "No worries" Gary said, "you know where I am if you need me", within less than an hour we were back at CSL asking for Gary, we bought the Suite, Gary explained the delivery process, the Warranty, how to look after the Suite, and every thing else we needed to know about caring for our purchase, I'm not the best shopper in the world, but Gary made it a very pleasant experience, and I thank him for that!
