Brilliant selection, but a shame about the mountains of VAT add ons at the till!

I love the choice and the value of the product, but having the VAT added at the till, and then even to the postage is a continual frustration. Especially as when I apply a discount it only takes it off the base price of the goods. It's only a minor niggle though, as the selection and speed of delivery more than make up for this!
