The quality of service I received was entirely unexpected. From the first conversation with Gareth through to the regular phone and email updates from Michele I have been entirely satisfied at every step.
Gareth was friendly and knowledgeable and on one occasion when they were engaged their phone system knew I had tried and informed Gareth who then called me back. How often have you had that experience?
The feeling I got was that the company took service very seriously and for that alone they deserve my business.
Finally their operation was slick. Everything that was meant to happen happened when it was meant to and for the record their quote was the best I found.

You did what you said you would. You didn't charge until you had done the job which was good
Unfortunately the DVDs are not registering/playing on all my DVD players but they do work on my computers
I joined them with the Big Switch. ( I am emailing Which magazine next). I was promised bills that reflected my consumption and no more estimates.
They then sent me a fixed amount Direct Debit form which I challenged as this was not the agreement. I quoted their emails and website. “Pay for what you use”
11 days on and despite chasing I have only had computergenerated replies.
Today an email from them asked for my meter readings. I tried to supply them and the web link doesn’t work.
I haven’t paid them a penny yet and already I want out.
Also did Which not carry out quality checks before they sent them our way???
