Now you can reserve items!?
A few days ago popped to local CEX which is a train journey away as saw darksiders 2 advertised online,so made sure to get there for opening time.Only to find that it had been reserved for some kid who turned up for it,with his trade in items.Now i have been a member of CEX since 2007 and i have never known them to reserve items for you to trade items against the next day?.
Anyway end of the day only a game,i will save my cash and buy sleeping dogs new instead.

Slow delivery
For starters i think they should change their 1-3 days
if UK resident,as i live in the UK and its been a week and nothings been received.I do not want to sound like a miserable git,but 1-3 days should mean exactly that.Also no confirmation of order being sent out by email,just a delivered status on the site.
Sorry click for games you could have gained a new customer but very disappointed by delivery time.
