I tried to order a hard drive for my daughter which she had picked out as her birthday present. When I went to order it it was listed as much cheaper than originally advertised, but ordered it anyway thinking there must be a sale on.
Next day I got an email saying my refund was being processed. Because of this 2 day delay with having to re-order it, my daughter didn't get her present on time for her birthday.
It was a simple mistake on the website, but it was handled very poorly by Pixmania. Will think twice about shopping with them again.
