Have been waiting for my parcel from YODEL since 23rd July- it is now the 30th. Their automated phone system makes it impossible to get a specific question answered. l have sent 3 emails and not one has been answered. A guy at there Boreham Wood depot told me the parcel had been lost and Ben who l spoke to today seems to have got it out for delivery- watch this space.
4 hours later, my parcel has gone back to Bolton and l live in Herts. They said they had tried to deliver 3 times but what company delivers between 4 and 6 30 in the morning if there tracking is to be believed. l have cancelled my order because l will not knowingly deal with Yodel again
