So far so good

I have been for some years buying through Ebay and I must say that -for me, of course- is second to none.

They back up in case of trouble is impressive. Only 3 times I had minor problems and always I've got my money back or a replacement in prefect conditions.

They classification of "Top seller" is like a Holy Book. Normally the sellers did start the refund or replacement as soon as I did complain and their after sales service is impressive.

When it started in the as family Bank and later local (in Santander) and regional Bank they were really impressive. Then in the 70s they did tart to become national and suddenly they were less impressive. And I know what I am saying because a that time their were poaching staff from other Banks (that in less than 6 months they were regretting it) and I was working in other Bank in front of their local branch. Fortunately, I did refuse their offer.

Mr Botin family always was a local mafia so nothing new on that, His son-in-law is Severiano Ballesteros and is the only thing good in that family.

My sister is going through a legacy issue were the money is deposit in the Santander and after 10 years still she didn't manage to get a cent. Every time is a new legal demand; three lawyers have been involved so far unsuccessfully.

They charge the Moon nearly just to get in a branch (it s joke, of course, but it is pretty close) and to breath inside. To open a new account by transfering the standing balance from the old one they charge you. It is the Bank with more expensive fees in the country to use their ATMs. Customer Service is in fact non existent, when you go to resolve an issue they treat you like if you were a cockroach; if you call by phone always "sorry, in this moment there is not staff available, please call later".

I could write a book about Banco de Santander bad behaviour..

Second to none

I am more than happy with their service. One point has arrived that I am getting 0 spam in my Inbox and a very exceptional thing that they classify as spam something that is not spam.

Je suis plus qu'heureux avec leur service. Un point est arrivé que j'obtiens 0 spam dans ma boîte de réception et une chose très exceptionnelle qu'ils classent comme spam quelque chose qui n'est pas un spam.

Ich bin mehr als zufrieden mit ihrem Service. Einem Punkt angekommen, dass ich 0 Spam in meinem Posteingang und eine sehr außergewöhnliche Sache, die sie erhalte als etwas spam klassifizieren, die kein Spam ist.

Io sono più che felice con il loro servizio. Un punto è arrivato che sto ricevendo 0 spam nella mia casella di posta e una cosa eccezionale che essi classificare come spam qualcosa che non è spam.

Estou mais que feliz com seu serviço. Chegou um ponto que estou recebendo 0 spam na minha caixa de entrada e uma coisa muito excepcional que eles classificam como spam-algo que não é spam.

Я более чем счастливы с их обслуживанием. Один момент прибыли, что я получаю 0 спам в папку "Входящие" и исключительных то, что они классифицировать как спам-то, что это не спам.

Estoy más que feliz con su servicio. Ha llegado a un punto de que estoy recibiendo spam 0 en mi bandeja de entrada y una cosa muy excepcional que clasifica como spam algo que no es spam.
