It is now 18 days since my order was dispatched, I received it 7 days ago (took 11 days to arrive which is bad enough),but they sent me the totally wrong product.
I have tried for one week to contact Shoprush. I have sent 7 messages and emails, I have called every single day and nobody answers. I've asked on their Facebook page and I can see that they have replied to somebody elses query but ignored mine.
I just want a refund but if nobody gets back to me, what can I do??
I'm so furious with them, it's totally unacceptable.
They are cheaper than elsewhere but i'll never use them again because their customer service is so awful, its not worth the savings. If you look at their Facebook page you'll see that i'm not the only one that feels this way. I would give 0 stars if it let me.
