Some initial ordering issues with stock outs but helpful customer service.

Ordered a leather jacket that was showing as in stock. Two days later was told that undfortuntaley there was no stock and an automtic refund given.

However Jelena in customer service really helped me to find an alternative size so overall very good; just a little unconfident of stock system when ordering sale items which seems to have been issues for other customers.
