The order process and receipt of the extension lead was good. Unfortunately, the item was faulty. I contacted customer services and was told to return the item via 2nd class post and when it is received a replacement will be sent out. Hopefully the £2.90 postage will be refunded when I eventually received my extension lead.
The web site is completely user friendly. I found the item I was interested in without any problems.
Once I ordered the item it arrived within the specified time and I am completely satisfied with the product.
I will use the Pet Supermarket again, without hesitation.
