Hostelworld

Only Hostelworld.

I'm a loyal client/visitor of Hostelworld. The first time i've booked a hostel through this site was in 2010 and I've never changed the booking platform. I would only suggest the site to ask from hostels (on a mandatory basis) the booking number of those who sent cancellation mails directly to the hostel. This way unused bookings should be deleted from Hostelworld account and we will not be asked for a reference share. I've canceled a trip recently and confirmed directly with 3 hostels my cancellation but I continue to receive messages from Hostelworld to leave my reference on these hostels that I've never seen.
