We have ordered a sofa in June 2012, at the time of ordering the item was showing as in stock, 3 weeks went by no news from them about shipping, emailed them and got reply after 24hrs saying the item is ready to be sent! 10 days after still notthing happen, called them, and been told the sofa is out of stock!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and will only be back mid september!!!!! what sort of service is this!!!!

There were placed two orders for the same delivery adress. We already cleared this up this week with the customer and they will get a discount for shipping delay.
