First class customer service!

The site has a bit of an unusual way of managing your account so I contacted customer services via email asking then about it. I was pleasantly surprised to have them phone back and walk me through my issue and also let me know when the dispatch was too!

Towards the dispatch date I got information via email when the latest tracking estimate was which is fantastic. A couple of days after it arrived I got an email a verifying the package arrived ok and all was in order.

Out of all my online shopping experiences this has to be by far the most positive one I've ever received! Certainly will use them in the future!
