Trampoline arrived with missing springs, bolts and nuts.
Logged a ticket via contact us page - no response.
Chased 2 days later. Still no response.
Emailed sales email. No response.
Finally phoned and got the missing parts sent. Apparently tickets logged via "Contact us" are "on an area of the website we weren't aware of".
One week later, daughter is able to play on the trampoline after asking every day why she can't use it.
If you end up with missing parts, phone them straight away!
To be fair, the trampoline is fine once all the parts arrived and it looks sturdy enough but would expect web based sales to have a functional web/email based customer services.
