Dissapointment

I have ordered sunglasses, however, haven't received any confirmation e-mail. After 2 days the company asked me to send them my passport scan, utility bill and copy of the bank transaction. I send them the documents as they requested. After 4 days they notified me the sunglasses were out of stock and asked me to wait another 14 days to get a fresh supply from the manufacturer. Since I don't believe them to actually get the sunglasses for me from the manufacturer I cancelled the order and I am waiting for the refund...
