Call in the SFO

This company took my money. No lamp delivered after 9 months and no refund. Reported them to SFO and Trading Standards yesterday. Hopefully the company will be closed down and charges brought against the management. Will also be issuing county court claim this week and will be serving it on them at their registered address.

Hello Martin,

Further to your review and our discussion today with regard to your refund request, there is no need to resort to go to the SFO or Trading Standards, as Infurn refund policy is already in line with the Trading standards policy.

Whilst we agree that you did wait a long time for the lamp for which we apologize, the refund request was made in early August and policy guidelines do show 30 days, which is not yet due, and there has been no breach or contravention of the law.

We have informed you today that your refund will be processed in accordance with the Terms and conditions, and I am emailing you for the relevant information to arrange this.

Persistent Excellence (keep it up)

I recently ordered a Xerox laser printer from Printerland. From start to finish the staff at Printerland were helpful, friendly and very willing to point me to the best deals. The printer was delivered next day (as promised) and a receipt were sent to me in pdf format via email. Such is the quality of service at Printerland, I have purchased many items from them. I therefore commend them to all.
