Yodel dispatched my parcel earlier than expected and I waited with baited breath for it to arrive.
I checked my tracking and it said the parcel had been returned to depot! Inspection of the doormat showed no signs of a parcel delivery slip or anything.
Onto the phone and the rude little so-and-so on the other end said the parcel had been loaded onto the wrong van, offering no apology or anything. His tone was arrogant and unhelpful.
I await the arrival of the parcel tomorrow (hopefully!).
