Couldnt wait for my new bedroom furniture, stock was low, and the price was amazing. When the delivery man tried to deliver, the items were so wet that we had to refuse the delivery as they would have warped quite quickly . Sadly there were no more in stock, and to add insult to injury I still had to pay the £6.95 delivery charge. I was told that this was not Verys responsibility and I would have to take it up with the delivery company, however I did not know who they were, as Very quite happily sell the item and collect they money I feel that they should have negotiated on my behalf.
I do use Very now and again, however the service is that of an automated service as one would expect, however a little personal service would help now and again.
