False advertising -- free NDA required a credit card and signup

Google Ad stated the NDA was free.

Yet when you get to the end, the only way to get the NDA is to sign up for a trial where they want your credit card information; and they will bill you monthly until you opt out.

I believe this to be extremely misleading.
