Easy shopping - dubious quality product

Whilst the online purchase, sale & delivery of the chainsaw was first class, I'm not so sure about the quality of the chainsaw I bought. Assembly was easy, but the poorly finished chain adjuster gears jammed repeatedly & needed dismantling & needle fileing to make the teeth mesh correctly. Fuel cap seal allows seepage of petrol past roughly finished filler hole, so saw must be put down cap upwards to prevent continuous fuel loss. Very poor instructions for starting, use & maintenence - no mention of (1) the need for frequent, routine sharpening of the chain teeth and depth gauge adjustment and (2) the chain bar has 2 grease injection holes in the nose for lubrication of the chain roller using a special, pointed grease gun. This gun should be offered as a necessary accessory. Starting was easy, but the advice indicating steadying the engine using right boot toe in the left of the hand grip handle is impossible because the moulding is too small to accept even my small size 7 boots! Steadying the saw with my boot heel placed on the larger moulding on the other side of the handle worked instead. I'm considering sending the saw back as its build quality may indicate the working life could be short. Hmmn.
