Gear4music.com

Absolutely Fantastic!

I have yet to find a fault with gear4music... I have ordered I don't know how much now, 2 guitars, 2 amps, a few leads, picks, strings and everything has arrived on my selected date with no problems.. When I was having an issue with a home recording kit I brought I emailed customer service, they phoned me the next day and sat there with me for 30 minutes as we tried to get it sorted, and we did.. I haven't found a single fault, and don't think I will!

Emp Online

Fantastic!

Emp-online is without any doubt one of the best websites for band merchandise.. Okay the catalogue isn't massive but they are more than likely going to have the item, and it is more than likely in stock.. The delivery times are excellent, and customer support is brilliant. I have yet to find a fault with them, and I have used them many times already.

Corpse Clothing Team

Completely Useless

I would NEVER recommend Corpse Clothing to anyone, EVER. I ordered 2 t-shirts and a pair of wristbands in FEBRUARY it is now August and I have yet to receive one of my t-shirts and the wristbands... They refuse to reply to any email I send them, and I haven't been able to get through on Phone support. They are useless and I will NEVER use them again!

Reply from Corpse Merchandise Ltd

Blair.. As we deal with over 80,000 products our system reorders merchandise that is out of print i.e. out of size in the design ordered. If you had read anything on our site, including the confirmation email and your confirmation page you will have seen and used the login details to login on the portal area and speak with customer services directly.

Due to Spam filters we do not use email as our main customer service contact. You may use the phrase "Completely Useless" but you have not even attempted to use the system 99% of every other customer uses without any issues. I would suggest next time you order from a site instead of rubbishing a service you have no idea about you should read FAQ's and use the customer services systems in place to direct them to either cancel items that are undergoing reprints/reissues.

Read your confirmation emails unless you deleted them if you have deleted you confirmation email visit the portal page and enter your email address used at time of order and click Forgot Passcode..

Just like to say out of the Thousands of customers this year that have no issues reading FAQ and have an understanding of what we do and have no issues ordering with us again. Understand the service, and read instead of blindly clicking links and complaining that we are useless, read, absorb and act. I will leave a portal message now, this will send an email to your account informing you of a waiting message (check junk folders if you do not see it).
