I've missed two parcels now, rather handy that they put a mobile number on the tracking slip really isn't it? Er... no... The guy who's number I have has his phone turned off. Really helpful, now in order to pick up my trainers I am going to have to drive all the way to the depot which is actually further away than where I ordered the goods from.
I've had bad experiences in the past with Yodel and if I knew it was going to be delivered by them I wouldn't have bothered.
