Customer service replaced bed frame twice due to transit damage

Several times I have had very useful, impartial and friendly advice before selecting which item to purchase. That's great and rarely found nowadays.
This time, unfortunately, poor packaging by the manufacturer led to my wooden bed frame being damaged in transit - metal fittings of one part gouged into wood of the other parts. Mattressman Customer Service immediately arranged for replacement parts to be sent - but they had similar damage! The 3rd set were OK.

So, good Customer Service, but would have been better if it hadn't been necessary.

Plus, after chopping, I now have 75 kg of solid oak for my wood burner. Warm winter ahead!
