Jeg har aldrig oplevet så dårlig service.

When you ordered the product in question it was not in stock at our central warehouse, which is why it took a while to have it delivered. Regarding the sum being withdrawn, our IT-department is currently working for a fix for this and I apologize for any inconvenience. About not being able to get in touch with us, we received your e-mail late afternoon on the 31st of july, and a reply was given the next day on the 1st of august.
