Does Matt Dixon Ever Sleep?
My experience of GoGo was outstanding.
Pre-purchase discussion with Matt - it seems at all times of day and night - was exceptionally helpful in confirming my choice of an Asus Transformer Prime - (I am from the anti-Apple school)
Next issue - 'box opened' - nervous about that, but again reassured and on delivery - found to be perfect.
The 'make us a bid' feature of GoGo is fun and excellently anti-commercialist - and it works. Finally due to my squealing about the delivery costs, (North-west Scotland) a satisfactory compromise was agreed.
Top marks, keep it up and thanks
PS the Asus, by the way is knock-out!

Does What it Says
Looked locally (West of Scotland) where I live, to find a new lightweight waterproof jacket. Found a nice Dubarry, but not my size or colour. So had a look on the Web and found this place in Carlisle. Right jacket and a good price - looked good to me.
Ordered online, but then had a query about the item. E-mailed the Company and had an almost instant answer - excellent response (don't you find that some sellers fail to respond to e-mail inquiries at all - and/or often give hopelessly long target response times in this age of fast communication)
Jacket arrived quickly together with a bonus gift as the spend had exceeded a certain financial threshold - bonus - my wife was delighted with it!
So, in summary - outstanding service - and in these Olympic Games days, certainly a podium finish, and probably a gold!

My pre-purchase enquiry was responded to almost instantly in a friendly and helpful way - unlike many organisations that seem to ignore e-mail queries.
The goods were delivered when expected and exactly as expected.
Make no bones about it - the main reason for buying from Rlr was the price - best on the net for the chosen item.
Maybe one always frets a little about buying from an 'unknown' place for the first time - but my experience here proved no worry was necessary with this company.
