I bought a brand new Samsung ES8000 specifically for the Olympics, 32 days later it breaks.
Samsung are refusing to replace it, which means I have to wait for an engineer to come and fix it...so no Olympics for me - absolute crap quality
I have had so much hassle with Currys, from their push sales people (who by the way only want to sell Apple - even when you ask to buy a laptop) to their rip off insurance.
But the latest experience takes the prize. I bought a Samsung ES8000 from then 32 days ago, and it broke. They are refusing to replace it and blame Samsung. When I speak to Samsung they say it's up to the retailer to make that decision. I will never ever ever ever buy anything from Currys again. In addition to this the staff are incredibly rude
