Truely excellent service
As a bathroom fitter by trade I purchase on a regular basis and have always found the comapny to be reliable with very helpful staff. The prices for many items are the best on the net.They also use a good delivery service with timed delivery slots.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Unreliable and poor communication - took three days to tell me the item listed as in stock was not!
Having had problems with the previous order, not informing me the item was out of stock until I phoned to find out why the item had not been delivered, I foolishly gave them a second chance. Ordered item and paid for express delivery, three days later received email from them telling me item was out of stock. When I looked at their website the stock availabilty showed 96, this on the day they emailed me to say they were out of stock!
Was told the item would not be delivered till the middle of the following week yet it turned up the following day!!
It would appear they do not have the foggiest idea what is happening.

Excellent service - very quick delivery - great prices
I am a bathroom installer by trade and have used HIE on a number of occassions due to their excellent pricing ( Aqualisa digital showers in particular) and quick delivery. Highly recommend.
