Ordered my trampoline late on the Tuesday and received it on the Monday after or 4 working days not including weekend as website says. I was kept informed of my orders progress via e mail.. I ordered from this website after looking at the reviews which were positive and the one that wasn't had a response from the company which was encouraging. I would order from this company again as I am happy with service received and with my purchase which included a free trampoline ladder and cover.
