I placed an order with them on the 23rd of April, they took my money but failed to inform me that the product is out of stock, their phone no. does not work so I emailed them to find out the status of my order, they claimed the product would be in stock end of that week, I contacted them again and they said the same thing, I then cancelled the order on their site and via email, they did not acknowledge the cancellation for just over 2 weeks and now they are saying it will take 7-14 days for the refund,There website was also down for a while which they claimed was a technical problem but it was suspended probably due to non payment, If you have placed orders with credit card then it is best to claim through them that way this company can be highlighted and this could result with their card facility withdrawn hopefully bringing the company down as companies like this should not be allowed to trade
