They only did what any the customer expects these days, they provided a courteous in store service and delivered my chosen product at the agreed time. This experience thus allows me to rate Dreams as a quality company, and would shop there again.
My first two orders arrived carriage free by carrier on the third day after ordering. You can't ask for better than that. The third order took seven days to get to me but the reason for that - a relocation of their warehouse - was explained in a most apologetic letter packed with the order. By that time I had contacted MedicAnimal by Email and had aready received an explanation and apology. Not many companies are prepared to hold their hands up when something goes wrong are they? As far as I am concerned that counts for a lot so I rate MedicAnimal as a quality company and thus they will continue to receive orders from me.
PC Specialist did exactly what they said they would and have provided me with a soundly constructed very fast computer delivered within the predicted time scale. If they do that, and I understand that they do, then they fully deserve the accolade of "quality".
I have only two small niggles. Why did Windows 7 need no less than 107 updates? Surely an updated version could have been already installed? And why does the courier
company used bracket The Isle of Wight with the Scottish islands and charge accordingly, when other couriers do not?
A Quality company is one that does what it says it will do, on time, every time. Doing that at a discount is a bomus.That has been my experience of Chemist Direct over the last few years. Need I say more?
