Bought a folding dining table which is exactly what I needed. Unfortunately the top was not as described. Rang Homebase late this afternoon and they will replace next Monday!
The lady was very helpful & professional.

Not of satisfactory quality - not fit for purpose

Bought a Samsung R530 from this company. Problems with screen. 2 e-mails, 4 phone calls later and still no response. Staff very unhelpful. Asked to speak to a Director - none on site and unable to contact. Asked to speak to customer service - they don't take phone calls or e-mails. Office of Fair Trading now involved.
The Samsung R530 is not of satisfactory quality with regards to the screen and certainly you should think twice .... no three times before buying from this company and this product. Don't touch 'em with a barge pole!
