This company don't care how much time you waste waiting for them they send emails saying they are going to deliver to you and then say sorry haven't got the parcel didn't collect it. They think sorry repairs everything I wonder If I say sorry I wont have to pay them because they have no consideration for your time or money incompetent don't come close rude and all the time they charge you on their 0844 telephone line you pay when they make mistakes
This is the most disgusting seller I have ever come across didn't want us to see the kitten making excuses like I don't want germs being brought to my house but insisted on a deposit to secure the kitten. Then when she would not let us have the kitten on the agreed date she would not give our deposit back from start to finish a disgusting seller. The kitten was not in very good condition the kittens coat was very poor she was very thin and not socialised after a few day of good food and lots of love she looks like a different kitten
sold phone for £200.90 emailed them 3 times phoned many times they said they were to busy to check the phone after 7 days they said they would only pay £150 because there was 2 small scratches I said it is second hand not new they said yes but any marks the deduct from the price quoted I said you are buying second hand not new so I asked for the phone back this took another week to be returned I will never use again
We all get things wrong but when we do you put your hands up to it. I had a parcel sent paid for 24hr delivery they sent to the wrong place when I said they sould refund me they could not understand why. As I explained you did not give the service you were paid for. they refused to make any compensation for their mistakes rubbish company rubbish service
I should think 1 in 5 parcel go wrong but why should they care with their telephone lines charging for everytime you phone them pass the buck everytime and the more you complain the more it costs you
I have today spoke to a very nice ladie Emily: about the services offered by parcels to go after 2 years of using interparcel with a failure rate second to none for collections and a dont care when things go wrong. their system where you have to pay for premium phone call to correct their mistakes can cost more than sending the parce is so unfair so here I am with parcels to go with collection point options so you dont have to wait in all day for none existant colltion it must be better thank you Emily
