Brought 2 curtain rails via Amazon.
They arrived, but 4 of the 48 eyelets were damaged, so mailed Linens ltd explaining this. Received a curt reply basically saying i dont believe you, show me the evidence. I Sent them a mail explaining that i don,t have a phone with a camera, and if you want to come and inspect, your more than willing. Again got a message back saying, show me.
To save endless mails ect, i went to B&Q and brought a pack.
They have no customer care, just people who think we are all after something for free, please don,t use.
I have also mailed Amazon to ask they promote a very poor company.
Ordered a takeaway from a shop no more than 2 miles away, ordered at 7-40 for deliverey at 9-00/9-10, got an e-mail saying it was going to be 9-15. Not a problem until the order arrived at 9.35, turned them away. Very poor service.
