Well, after reading some reviews I knew Wiggle could potentially cause a problem with deliveries. In my first order they did not actually complete the order. When trying to contact them about this it was rather frustrating that I could not call them about this simple mistake, but instead had to use either email or an online chat service.
The online chat service is very good but only open for 3 hours a day (considering the amount of mistaken deliveries I'm surprised it isn't open longer). The person I spoke to was polite and sorted out the order.
The delivery time is alright. Not as fast as advertised however. What annoyed me most is that on having to return a faulty product I had to contact them again, via customer service online chat who just showed me a link on the website. The website had told me to contact customer service first...bit of going round in circles...
You also have to return the product in the original box which is silly, the boxes are absolutely massive considering the product I ordered!!
Not impressed with the company. Definitely shop somewhere else next time. Maybe if they concentrated on correctly filling out orders instead of popping sweeties in they could improve.
