3 days before needed I ordered the transfer from Airport Palma to Alcudia (Mallorca). The "buying" process on the website was very easy, I ordered a normal 6 people car without 4 star upgrade. Our driver was expecting us at the airport and - surprise - we have been transported in a new Mercedes Viano (although we haven't bought the upgrade). The same at the tour back to the airport (our driver also arrived 15 minutes before (!!) the ordered time, so it was possible for us to get to the airport a bit earlier). This is a really great service and I can fully recommend it. THANK YOU!
I ordered a design chair in February 2012. Infurn told me the delivery would take about 18 weeks, so I can expect it in June. Shortly before the delivery I got a mail from Infurn, where they told me, that the produced chair doesn't meet their quality standards and that a new one will be produced and then delivered to me, but this will delay my order for another 8 weeks (delivery expected for August). These days I open my profile at Infurn and what do I have to see? Delivery expected for the week of September 10th.
To sum it up: After 6 months it was not possible to deliver my chair, every time they have the same "reasons" why it's more delayed. Today I wrote to Infurn with the hope I'll get my money back. We'll see what will happen.
