Good service, not the greatest product

I bought a well-priced (cheap!) cover for my Galaxy Nexus. I originally made a mistake and had it posted to an old address. The support contact was very helpful and was just offering to send a new one when I spotted my mistake.

When the cover arrived it had good finish but creaked ever so slightly and it basically fell apart within a week (the first chips appeared on the first day) and this was not through neglect and maltreatment - it was just day-to-day use. When I complained I was offered a replacement straight away and received it 2 days later - we'll see how this one goes.

So overall, very good service but be wary of what products you buy. Expect to get what you pay for.
