Parcel failure delivered, product not good as I tought

After dealing with several times in costumer service/ calling more than 3 times and trying to track my parcel until my husband called on behalf of me, the item finally arrived, but the surprise was even more shocking when I found out sadly this fan units were not good enough for my propouse and just thinking to deal again with costumer service and send the possible nightmare I will be dealing again... really didn't bother to call and complain about the product at all.

Thank you for your review,We are sorry that your delivery was delayed and suffered problems. We have investigated what has occurred,it appears that on the first attempt at delivery there was no answer, on the second attempt a different driver with our chosen carrier had difficulty finding your address, possibly something to do with it being an island on the river from the driver notes. The parcel was successfully delivered on the 3rd attempt after giving the carrier company full directions.
If the fans are unwanted or faulty then a phone call to our Customer services will quickly resolve any issues. These particular fans are not meant to blow large volumes of air but designed to provide a breeze with minimum noise. If you are not satisfied with the product you have received then please contact our customer services so that we have a chance to rectify the problem.
