As any other monopoly, having stock that other sites don't have, they set the prices of knives (usually high) and despite 3 years of regular expensive purchases, cumulating to above 1000£ when kindly asked of a coupon (that they otherwise offer monthly to certain magazines readers) they didn't offer one.
Seems that loyal customer appreciation is not part of the company policy.
Next time i will buy elsewhere if possible and support the business of smaller, and perhaps kinder sellers.
They did not publish one of my reviews of a knife (which was not at all bad) probably because te cherry pick reviews to make their goods appear always brilliant.
A review system works if you allow all of them to be pulished and not just those that give high rates.
