Did not provide a refund on returned goods, which I posted back, via the post office, using the prepaid bag.
I would never use them again after my experience and I will make sure all my friends and colleagues at work are aware as well as my Facebook friends. It appears to be a big scam, and there are lots of similar reviews I found afterwards, when I had a problem. Boohoo, does make you boo hoo!!
