Their exchange service is the best!

My initial order was damaged by the courier so I rejected it. one hour later I received a phone call from Trueshopping appologising for the Inconvenience and a promise to get a replacement to me by the next day. Sure enough at 11.00am the very next day a replacement turned up, only this time in one piece.
