My goods arrived earlier than expected - very good service.
On arrival at the airport we phoned 20 minutes before as suggested, there was no one to greet us, we then had to keep on driving around the airport for a further 20 minutes as you are not allowed to wait at the suggested pick up area. when we met with the representative he was not in any uniform very scruffy looking and did not help us with our luggage. On return we phone 20 minutes as suggested the person on the phone was extremly hard to understand due to his Asian accent, however they were there to meet us, but again no uniform. I will not use this company again.
