Contract all went through very quickly and smoothly. Customer service team were very helpful and friendly. Only problem I had was with the contents of the box when my phone arrived. It was an iphone and should have had a little tool to open the side for the sim card. This was not in the box. Neither was the adapter to use with my old phone to transfer all my contacts as the new sim is too small to fit into my old phone. I could have gone to an orange shop for these but the nearest is 10 miles and I didn't feel it warranted the petrol for a 20 mile round trip.
