Quick and fast

Good quality service, easy to use without any problems and also quick and fast. Prefer ordering online rather than via phone and have never had any problems with Justeat. Would recommend.

Missguided

Awful delivery service..

I ordered on a dress and a top on Tuesday, which on the website stated next day delivery was free so it would arrive the day after. took the money out of my bank account.

The next day I am waiting in all day for the delivery and I get an email in the afternoon saying one of my items was out of stock, so I email back to find out the top was out of stock even though I have already paid for it and that my delivery wouldn't be until the day after between the hours of 8am-6pm, bit annoyed as I was expecting my items that day! So I waited in again ALL DAY on Wednesday and receive yet ANOTHER email to say it could be arriving anytime up until 9pm!

But finally the dress comes and it is too big for me, so I have returned it today, would like to know when will I have my refund for both the top and the dress as I needed the dress for Tuesday that's why I used next day delivery!
