Several jobs have come back badly cropped. I mean really badly, slicing through text etc, and documents are varying in size by up to 3mm. Very poor work, and obviously not checked before it left the site, or if it was, then no one really gave a monkey's what it looked like.
I've photographed the work and mailed the images and descriptions back to "the team".
But no one has replied to me in over 24 hours.
The Customer Charter states (or boasts, even) that all correspondence will be replied to within one hour and that any problem relating to a print job will be resolved within 24 hours.
This is just a bare faced lie.
Why write rubbish like that if you can't back it up? It's meaningless.
Why haven't they replied to me?
I am under pressure to get a job finished and my printer will not communicate with me. Why stress your customers out like this?
I don't really care about leaving opinions, I just want to get my job finished properly. or at least find out if I need abandon all hope and to go to another printers.
I've read through the platitudes handed out to other irate customers in this forum, and they are as meaningless as the customer charter.
