Order received and returned but NO refund. I was spoken to by customer services as if I was at fault when I hadn't received it after 5 weeks? I think it's criminal that Debenham's keeps the money of it's hardworking customers without qualm. How much money does this company make in this way? Hundreds of thousands a year I suspect?
Don't bother with customer services. They simply don't respond, fail to keep promises (ie. phoning customer's back) and certainly DON'T apologise - let alone compensate!
