I ordered a number of Canon Ink Cartriges which turned up quckly. When I cam to use one of them a month later, after I had installed it in the printer, the printer told me it was the wrong cartridge, which indeed it was. I had been shipped a 521GY instead of a 526GY. I phoned Inkubus and they said they would send me a replacement directly, and emaild me a returns lable.
The new ink turned up two days later. I was very impressed with the no quibble, we'll get ink to you as soon as possible approach.
I've ordered more ink from them since, their prices are very low. So, very low prices, and good service in sorting out a problem. I thought they might have queried the fact that I had opened the ink, but they did not.
From now on, I'll double check ink orders when they arrive.
