False Advertising!!!!

I bought some tickets for the WWE Raw World Tour show at Nottingham Capital FM Arena a few months ago from viagogo.co.uk. According to the seating plan that viagogo did have advertised on their site when buying the tickets, I was under the impression that the tickets I bought (ORC Row A) would be at the very front. However, the next day I went on the capital fm arena website and their seating plan for this show is different, meaning that the tickets I have bought will not be at the front. As soon as I found this information out, I looked for a phone number so that I could call viagogo and explain that I only want the tickets if they will definitely be at the front but I looked all over the website but could not find a number to contact them on. I did however find a contact form which I filled in asking if my tickets will definitely be at the front according to their seating plan. I was waiting for a reply for about 3 weeks before I wrote to them another 2 times in 2 weeks with still no reply. I did get a reply from them eventually but it did not answer my question and was very confusing as it didn't look like they had even read what I had written to them.

I have now just looked at the website again today and they have now updated the seating plan and I can now see that my tickets are not for the front row as I was lead to believe when I bought them. I just want my money back so that I can buy some that will be at the front. I believe that Viagogo advertised the tickets falsely and others could have fallen victim to this. I am so disappointed as I was looking forward to being at the front but I have just spent nearly half my wages on tickets that I don't even want :(
