Following a knee replacement I was having some pain on the inner side of my knee. My physiotherapist said it was caused by pronation of my foot, so on her recommendation I bought some medial arch support insoles online from PhysioRoom. They were delivered very promptly. They are very comfortable in a sports-style shoe and have relieved the pain.
My only disappointment is that they are rather wide and won't fit in my smarter shoes when I want to start wearing them. Maybe if I had searched the website further I would have found narrower ones for ladies with size 41 feet who want to 'dress up' now and again.
