Had a problem with one of the staff and had bad experience with the company,

ordered my meal at 18:10 and i called them at 18:45 to ask when my delivery is going to come, they then said they had just received it and it would take 45 minutes to an hour, my order then arrived at 19:40, 1 and a half hour after i placed my order. This i did not mind.
They then delivered my order with 1 drink missing, and no BBQ dips as i was expecting two dips, i paid extra for one and one should come with the wings.
I then called them straightaway for the drink to be delivered he then replied, it will take 20 mins, i waited until 20;00 before calling again and they had tried to act as if this is the first time they are hearing about this. they then said that i'll have it by 20;30 i had to call again for the last time saying that i would not order from them again and i would be complaining, and then had one can of drink delivered at 21;00.
JUST DO NOT ORDER, MANY PROBLEMS AND NUMEROUS OCCASIONS. THEY CALL THEMSELVES A BUSINESS, PFFT!
THEY LET YOU ORDER FROM BUSINESSES THAT DONT EVEN USE TAKEAWAY.COM ANYMORE, BUT OH WAIT.. IT TAKES THEM 2-3MINS TO TAKE PAYMENT FROM YOU THEN THEY CALL YOU AND CANCEL AND SAY IT'LL TAKE 7-10 WORKING DAYS!!! Very quick to take, but hesitant to pay back
fonebank.com is simple to use i recently sold my phone to them, i sent an expensive phone so i sent it by royal mail special delivery next day. Sent the phone on thursday, they received it on friday.
They sent the money on friday via BACS transfer and due to the weekend the money appeared in my account on Monday!
