My father and I ordered two phones from Dial a Phone, they were delivered before the expected delivery date. One of the phones were new, and that's all the good I can say so far. The second of the two phones (my fathers), had fingerprints on the screen and a poorly stuck on screen protector. It had around 70% charge too. My father promptly phoned Dialaphone and asked for another phone to be sent. Within 8 days, we got the phone. Again, it is used. The phone this time was worse though. The touch screen isn't working properly and there are two scratches on the back cover. Also, there was a red sticker on the packaging which I assume was to show workers that the phone was used. Yet, another mixup took place. I suggest you be careful when you buy from these people, this is probably why they sell phones so cheap.
